About Direct Primary Care (DPC)
WiseCare Urgent Care offers Direct Primary Care (DPC) for ages 18 and up — a modern healthcare model that puts the patient first. No insurance middlemen, no surprise bills. Just transparent, affordable, high-quality primary care with Dr. Perry Weisman.
DPC visits are $195 per visit with a $50 deposit required to reserve your appointment.
Whether you need a one-time visit or ongoing care, WiseCare provides thorough evaluations, preventive screenings, and personalized treatment plans.
Membership Program
- Individual: $50/month (must pay first 3 months upfront = $150)
- Couple: $85/month (ages 18+, must pay first 3 months upfront = $255)
- Family Options: Available — please contact the office for details.
- Exclusive Benefits: DPC visits reduced to $75 each, 45% discount on ALL fee-for-service items in the entire clinic, a welcome gift (WiseCare mug or similar), and a $25 local gift card.
- Terms: Membership fees are paid in 3-month increments and are non-refundable. Note that membership fees are separate from visit fees.
- Appointments: Members still pay a $75 upfront deposit to hold the appointment slot.
